Hey, there!

I'm what you get when you mix the heart of a teacher, the brains of a strategist, and the guts to ask, “what if we tried it a different way?” I’ve got master’s degrees in leadership and education, a habit of asking big gnarly questions, and a soft spot for systems that serve people, not the other way around. Originally from Long Island and now based in Las Vegas, I bring 20 years of experience in education (half with kids, half with adults) to everything I do. I’m the founder and chief dot connector of Locust Place LLC, a consulting firm that helps schools and small businesses design practices that actually work for humans. For true fun, I also write for Crayons & Code and co-host the No Opt-Out podcast.
